Refund policy
At ClearFilter, your satisfaction matters. The guidelines below outline how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns (General)
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
We may request photos before approving a return. In certain cases, partial refunds may apply.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.
Damages
If your product arrives damaged, notify us at support@tryclearfilter.com within 24 hours so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Refunds for Unrecognized Charges (if applicable)
In some instances, we allow refunds up to 3 days after purchase for unrecognized charges. Email support@tryclearfilter.com for help.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier damage/loss/delays; however, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund:
1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your card issuer (posting delays may occur).
3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Email support@tryclearfilter.com for instructions.
Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may receive store credit for the item’s value.
If not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Before Returning Items
If your return is approved, email support@tryclearfilter.com before shipping to receive specific return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs; shipping is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Exchange shipping times may vary by location.
For items over $80, use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
For safety reasons, ingestible products cannot be returned once shipped/opened.
Unopened, factory-sealed units may be considered for return after review.
If ineligible for return, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
